- Control and Monitor follow In-process Quality requirement.
- Decisions making on reject and acceptance for production process when IQPC inspector cannot make decision.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of QMS in production area.
- Responsible for training all inspectors about PCBA inspection and judgment criteria , document preparation for IPQC inspector such as buy off first board , AQL report, and all related document for IPQC inspectors
- High light to team in case of quality issue found or low yield including stop line when high major defect happened.
- Analyze and coordinate with team to correct abnormal processes.
- Training IPQC inspectors about NPI handling and inspection.
- Support QA engineer about customer complain investigation on leakage and root cause.
- Confirm and monitoring IPQC inspector discipline and performance.
- Supervise IPQC inspectors for job arrangement, information and refresh training.
- Drive and follow up with production team to get good quality of output with effectiveness and efficiency
- Summarize the daily / weekly report about IQPC lot reject rate / NCIR/ QC rejected report.
- Monitoring and report WIP pending to planner.
- Prepare document and line preparation to support internal and external including customer audit.
- Drive team to meet QC and department KPI.
- ESD awareness and maintain good housekeeping of working area audit and control.
- Follow company’s quality policy (ISO9001 / 13485) environmental policy (ISO14001) and safety.
- Performed on any job assign by superior.
