Job purpose/Overview:
This role responsible for the Accounting and Financial manufacturing related. Have background in Manufacturing food and beverage or other related filed.
Prepare the Company's financial statements, closing monthly accounts, Control the company's income-expenses including checking the documents supporting the disbursement of the company's budget, liaise with external and internal departments related to finance and accounting, such as the Revenue Department, Count and record the depreciation of the company's assets
Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall company's financial & accounting operations as well as internal control management
• Handle financial planning, capital and cash flow operations
• Responsible for overall tax processing such as tax planning for compiling with company's laws and compliance requirements such as BOI, Transfer pricing and also managing income taxes, import and export taxes, etc.
• Analyzing and evaluating operation cost of the company
• Coordinating with external departments such as government, banks, customs, The Revenue Department and The Ministry of Industry
• Preparing budget including P&L and cash flow forecasts and liaising with another department to prepare the budget
• Monthly/Quarterly performance reviewing and analysis (PL, BS, and CF) and providing financial information for decision making.
• Preparing feasibility study data (sensitivity and scenario analysis) and financial model to support investment opportunities and decision making
• Supporting team to deliver effective performance report, management information and any financial ad-hoc needed
Qualifications:
• Thai nationality (Male, Female) at least 35 years with minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting / Masters in business administration is preferred.
• 10 years of financial experience in manufacturing with 5 years in management level.
• Experience in making financial statement (Balance sheet, income statement, etc.)
• Background in Manufacturing or other related filed
• Excellent skill in Microsoft Office
• Finance, Accounting, Economics, are preferred major field.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Good logical and critical thinker.
• Manufacturing, costing analysis.
