- Performs duties essential to a plant breeding program.
- Operate day-to-day field operations including planting, sampling, field maintenance, supervision of temporary labor, data collection, harvesting, and seed inventory management.
- Coordinate field, laboratory and office desk work.
- Observe and enforce QESH procedures.
- Require extended hours and overnight trips to off-site locations.
คุณสมบัติจำเป็น
✓ - B.Sc / M.S in Agriculture.
✓ - Strong background in agronomy practices for field crops.
✓ - Good written/verbal communication, computer and organizational skills.
✓ - Possess commitment and a demonstrated ability to work effectively and meet deadlines.
✓ - Ability to train/supervise temporary employees.
