หน้าที่ของคุณ
- อ่านและทำความเข้าใจข้อความของลูกค้าโดยใช้เครื่องมือแปลภาษา
- ตรวจสอบสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ ข้อมูลการจัดส่ง ใบแจ้งหนี้ และข้อมูลที่ยังขาด
- เตรียมคำตอบที่ชัดเจนโดยใช้ขั้นตอนการทำงานและข้อความตัวอย่างของทีม
- ตรวจสอบเลขอ้างอิง วันที่ จำนวนสินค้า และจำนวนเงินก่อนส่งคำตอบ
- ดูแลคำถามทั่วไป และส่งต่อเรื่องด้านเทคนิคหรือกรณีพิเศษให้เพื่อนร่วมงานที่รับผิดชอบ
- อัปเดตข้อมูลและติดตามเรื่องจนได้ข้อยุติ
คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา ทั้งพูดและเขียน เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและถามคำถามกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ เว็บไซต์ และเครื่องมือหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้คล่อง
- มีไหวพริบ รอบคอบ ใส่ใจรายละเอียด และรับผิดชอบ
- เรียนรู้ได้เร็ว ทำตามขั้นตอนได้ และรู้ว่าเมื่อใดควรขอความช่วยเหลือ
- ใจเย็นและสุภาพกับลูกค้า
หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านบริการลูกค้าหรืองานธุรการ หรือเคยใช้เครื่องมือแปลภาษาหรือ AI จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ มีการสอนงานเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือ สินค้า และขั้นตอนการทำงาน พร้อมเพื่อนร่วมงานที่มีประสบการณ์ช่วยดูแลช่วงเริ่มต้นและให้คำแนะนำเมื่อเจอกรณีซับซ้อน
รายละเอียดการทำงาน
- ทำงานที่สำนักงานในเชียงใหม่ ถนนมหิดล ใกล้เซ็นทรัล เชียงใหม่ แอร์พอร์ต
- วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลาประมาณ 12.30-21.30 น. ตามเวลาประเทศไทย รวมเวลาพัก 1 ชั่วโมง หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์
- ทีมงานนานาชาติ ประกันสังคม และวันลาพักร้อน 5 สัปดาห์ต่อปี
- เงินเดือนเริ่มต้น 25,000 บาทต่อเดือน ตามทักษะและประสบการณ์ วันเริ่มงานตกลงร่วมกัน

Nak Web is hiring in Chiang Mai. We are looking for someone who is comfortable using computers, speaks English and enjoys finding practical solutions.
You will support a client in the signage industry, selling personalised signs, plaques and related products online in Europe. This is a written customer support role. You can prepare replies in Thai and use translation tools to respond in the customer's language. English is used to communicate with the international team. French is not required.
What you will do
- Read customer messages with the help of translation tools.
- Check order status, delivery information, invoices and missing details.
- Prepare a clear reply using our procedures and response templates.
- Check references, dates, quantities and amounts before sending.
- Handle straightforward requests and pass technical or unusual cases to the right colleague.
- Keep records up to date and follow up until the case is resolved.
What we are looking for
- Conversational English, spoken and written, to exchange information with colleagues and ask questions.
- Confidence using computers, web applications and several tools at once.
- Common sense, attention to detail and reliability.
- The ability to learn quickly, follow a process and recognise when you need help.
- A calm and polite approach to customers.
Customer service or administrative experience is welcome. Familiarity with translation or AI tools is a plus. We train you on our tools, products and procedures. An experienced colleague helps you get started and remains available for complex cases.
Working arrangements
- On-site in Chiang Mai, Mahidol Road, near Central Chiangmai Airport.
- Monday to Friday, approximately 12:30-21:30 Thailand time, including a one-hour break. Weekends off.
- International team, Thai social security and 5 weeks of paid leave.
- Salary starting from THB 25,000 per month, based on your skills and experience. Start date to be agreed.
