WE’RE HIRING: ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHERS
Full-time and Part-time | Chiang Mai
Are you a passionate English speaker who enjoys helping adults build confidence in English?
TSL Chiang Mai is looking for friendly, dependable English teachers to join our supportive team. Our students come from across Asia, including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and China. They are motivated to improve their English for everyday communication, study, and work.
Whether you’re teaching a small group or working one-to-one, you’ll help students make practical progress in a welcoming, encouraging environment.
What you’ll do
• Teach English to adult learners, from beginner to advanced levels
• Lead group and one-to-one lessons
• Plan engaging, practical lessons focused on real-life communication
• Teach at our school and online, as needed
• Encourage students and support their progress
What we’re looking for
• Excellent, native-level command of English
• A bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience teaching English to international students preferred
• A positive, patient, and professional approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Enjoyment of working with students from different cultural backgrounds
• Applicants aged 22 or older
Pay and benefits
• Approximately 33,000 THB per month, depending on teaching hours and performance
• Teaching-hour-based payment, with the rate depending on experience and capability
• Flexible teaching hours, arranged around your availability and the school’s schedule
