- Assist in preparing and cooking food according to hotel standards. - Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control. - Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food storage procedures. - Monitor ingredients and help minimize food waste. - Support the Chef de Partie and assist in supervising Commis Chefs. - Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

✓ 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
✓ Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
✓ Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

✓ Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
