- Supervise daily bar operations and ensure excellent guest service. - Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and signature drinks to hotel standards. - Create and develop new cocktails and seasonal drink menus. - Train and support bar team members on mixology, service, and product knowledge. - Monitor beverage quality, stock levels, inventory, and bar cleanliness. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards. - Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally.

✓ Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender/Mixologist, preferably in a hotel or upscale bar.
✓ Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
✓ Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation.
✓ Creative, service-minded, and passionate about mixology.
✓ Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
