- Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process development, and product transfer activities.
- Analyze production problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve process performance and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Prepare, maintain, and update engineering data, process specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Support customer audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant industry standards.
คุณสมบัติจำเป็น
✓ Good command of English is required. Knowledge of Japanese (spoken, read, and written) will be an ad
✓ Proven experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related position
✓ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
✓ Ability to communicate effectively with Japanese customers and cross-functional teams.
✓ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
