Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize Wave Soldering programs for new and existing products.
• Set and optimize Wave Soldering process parameters such as flux volume, preheat temperature, solder temperature, conveyor speed, and other machine parameters.
• Develop and maintain Wave machine programs and ensure program accuracy and version control.
• Support product changeover and setup to achieve stable production.
• Optimize the process to improve quality, productivity, and process capability.
• Provide technical support for Prototype, NPI, and Mass Production.
• Monitor daily Wave process performance and identify abnormal conditions.
• Troubleshoot Wave Soldering defects such as solder bridging, insufficient solder, cold solder joint, solder balls, icicles, de-wetting, and poor wetting.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support production teams during process abnormalities and machine issues.

✓ Minimum 2 years of experience in SMT/Wave Soldering processes with hands-on experience
✓ Experience with Wave Soldering machine programming, process setup, parameter optimization, and troub
✓ Experience in BOM review, component packaging, and component preparation for production.
✓ Good understanding of electronic component package types and their impact on the soldering process.
✓ Strong mechanical aptitude with good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
