Production:
- Supervise daily noodle/pasta output to meet target, yield, and minimize downtime/scrap.
Quality & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO, Gluten-Free, and company standards.
People Management:
- Manage, train, and assign tasks to staff; oversee workplace safety and discipline.
Machinery & 5S:
- Inspect machines, coordinate with Maintenance, and maintain 5S and process efficiency.
Coordination & Reports:
- Work with Planning, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse; submit accurate KPI/production reports.
Improvement:
- Drive Kaizen, Lean, and 5S to cut costs, reduce waste, and improve processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing plants or production environments.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO, and food safety regulations.
- Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, or overtime based on production requirements.
- Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and production reporting systems.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Chiang Rai province.
- Experience in supervising production personnel will be given special consideration.
- Experience in the production of instant noodles, pasta, or related food products will be given special consideration.
