• Train operator about working process and emphasize your staffs to strictly follow the work instruction. / อบรมพนักงานเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ถูกต้อง และเน้นย้ำให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการทำงานอย่างเคร่งครัด
• To supervise employees, must comply with company rules and regulations./ควบคุมดูแลพนักงานให้ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและข้อบังคับของบริษัท
• Prepare material and all document in advance to meet production plan./จัดการเตรียมวัตถุดิบ และ เอกสาร ก่อนที่ทำการผลิต ล่วงหน้า เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการวางการผลิต ต่อไป
• Administrative machinery and tools to be available, and give notice to technicians when they encounter problems with machinery. /ดูแลรักษาเครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ และแจ้งช่างเทคนิคเมื่อพบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร
• To plan production, including manpower, materials according to the daily plan. /วางแผนกำลังคน การผลิต รวมทั้งวัตถุดิบเพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปตามแผนการผลิตรายวัน
• To follow hourly output, that is according to the production plan and report to supervisor immediately if there are problems or not be able to achieve. /ติดตามเอาท์พุตรายชั่วโมงว่าเป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต และรายงานหัวหน้างานโดยทันทีหากมีปัญหา หรือไม่สามารถบรรลุตามแผนการผลิตได้
• To coordinate with other department in order to make production as planned, or to provide a smooth production. ประสานงานกับส่วนงานต่างๆเพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต หรือเพื่อให้การผลิตราบรื่น
• Control return of remaining raw materials from production for each job order. ควบคุมการส่งคืนวัตถุดิบที่เหลือจากการผลิตสำหรับแต่ละจ้อบออเดอร์
• To gather information and record production information, report to supervisors every day./รวมรวมข้อมูล และบันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการผลิตพร้อมรายงานให้หัวหน้างานทุกวัน
• Emphasize your staffs to keep clean their working area and support 5s activities / เน้นย้ำให้พนักงานรักษาความสะอาดในบริเวณพื้นที่ทำงาน และสนับสนุนกิจกรรม 5ส
• Other assign by superior / หน้าที่อื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
