Responsibilities
· Supplier sourcing and development in Thailand or surrounding countries for respective commodities (Indirects & Invest), to setup sustainable and reliable supplier base
· Conduct market intelligence monitoring, track market trend on pricing, lead time and technology
· Negotiation on purchase conditions include price, payment terms and incoterms, bring cost competence from supply chain
· Execute global procurement process and strategy in Thailand under matrix organization
· Develop and maintain supplier relationship on both operative and executive level
· Negotiate with responsible suppliers on global contracts and agreements, include but not limited to frame contract, quality agreement, NDA etc.
· Support and/or participate in supplier audit together with supplier quality specialist
· Handle escalation from operative purchasing according to escalation matrix
· Contribute to all global procurement KPIs from respective commodities (Indirects & Invest)
· Support New Product Introduction (NPI) in area of indirects and invest, e.g. material, machine, even facility etc.
· Cross functional cooperation with internal team, include MPM, PM, Quality and Engineering etc.
คุณสมบัติจำเป็น
✓ Technical knowledge in machine and automation is preferred
✓ Good Thai and English communication capability
✓ Good skill in Microsoft tools
✓ Good negotiation skills and experience
