Responsibilities
Perform Incoming Inspection and maintain proper records in accordance with BCM MSP standards.

Conduct required measurements based on technical drawings and product specifications.

Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications through visual and dimensional inspections, and reject or return non-conforming materials.

Ensure measurement equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and operated according to standard work instructions.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and suppliers regarding quality issues.

Communicate with overseas suppliers on material quality concerns, corrective actions, and follow-ups.

Participate in MRB (Material Review Board) activities and follow up on non-conforming material issues.

Support the Supplier Selection Team in new supplier audits, PPAP reviews, and qualification processes.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.

Manage sorting and quarantining of suspected or non-conforming materials to prevent their use in production.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Department Manager.
