Job responsibility
- Read & understand customer RFQ information (BOM, Gerber, drawing and another requirement).
- Review complex quotes with superior as necessary.
- Collaborate & coordinate with related departments to get necessary information & optimize proposals for pricing such as production process flow, Jig, Fixture and cycle time.
- Use tools to calculate component pricing/stocking such as SAP/BOM Architect.
- Create Material cost/production cost calculation follow customer specification/requirement.
- Works with customers /Sales to evaluate requirements for optimal manufacturability and material selection/utilization.
- Lead meetings and communications regarding quotation & pricing with team or customer.
- Ensures submitting quotations to be fully compliant with the customer specifications and drawings and submits a deviation sheet/statements in case of non-compliance.
- Complete calculation/quotation in timely.
