รายละเอียดงาน

Job Description
• Make reservations for hotels, transfers and tours.
• Respond to customers enquiries in a timely manner. (English or Dutch or Thai correspondences)
• Prepare documents such as make itinerary, vouchers, train tickets, bus tickets, invoices and vouchers.
• Responsible for our online bookings.
• Assist Operation team.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers

หน้าที่ (Responsibilities)
• จัดทำใบเสนอราคาให้ลูกค้า
• รับจอง ตั๋วเดินทาง (เครื่องบิน รถไฟ) ตั๋วการแสดง ที่พัก และจัดสรรโปรแกรมการท่องเที่ยวให้ลูกค้า
• ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายในองค์กร
• จัดเตรียมเอกสารการเดินทางให้ลูกค้า (Voucher)
