Sales Representative

รายละเอียดงาน

- Manage a small office on a day-to-day basis, reporting to senior management as required
- Respond to and liaise with owners of rental and sales properties (clients) - Inspect properties, take photographs, write descriptions, agree sales price and rentals
- Promptly respond to sales and rental enquiries (customers). Discuss requirements, make recommendations, arrange viewings, close deals
- Draft sales or rental agreements as appropriate, using standard company contracts
- Liaise with lawyers as appropriate
- Follow the sales process through to completion ensuring all issues are promptly dealt with
- Raise invoices for sales and rental commissions and chase collection
- Inspect managed properties, pay wages, write reports to owners
